1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing LeedFinder, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must immediately terminate use of the platform.

2. Service Description

LeedFinder is a specialized B2B lead generation platform that helps digital agencies, marketers, and web designers find local businesses that need online presence improvements, technical site updates, and brand development services. The platform runs automated scans, provides conversion metrics, and hosts cold email outreach features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeedFinder strictly for lawful, legitimate B2B outreach and business development. You specifically warrant that you will:

• Use the platform and lead contact directories solely for genuine business-to-business communications.
• Not engage in, authorize, or facilitate spamming, unsolicited bulk email transmissions, or automated harvesting.
• Maintain complete compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and all applicable national or regional email communication laws.
• Not utilize the platform to stalk, harass, defame, or cause harm to any business owner, employee, or individual.

4. Gmail Integration

By authenticating and connecting your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0:

• You authorize LeedFinder to compose, schedule, and transmit cold email campaigns directly from your connected Gmail address.
• You retain complete ownership and legal responsibility for the subject lines, email bodies, compliance headers, and all content sent via your account.
• You can revoke or terminate LeedFinder's access to your Google Account at any time through our Email Management interface or your Google security settings.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

• Platform search credits and email transmission credits are consumed based on your active active tier metrics.
• Unless explicitly defined otherwise by your plan, unused credits do not roll over between monthly billing cycles.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if no search or email credits have been consumed. Refund requests must be directed to support.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeedFinder is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding search uptime, email deliverability, or business revenue outcomes. In no event shall LeedFinder be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your B2B campaigns or usage of platform intelligence.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to your LeedFinder account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect violations of these terms, CAN-SPAM regulations, or patterns of systemic abuse.
